
WHEREAS, Teri Baltisberger is retiring from the Department of Motor Vehicles on Friday, April 23, 2021, after 30 years of professional excellence and loyal service to the State of Nevada; and
WHEREAS, Teri Baltisberger started her career with the Department of Motor Vehicles in April of 1991 as a Tax Program Supervisor II in the Motor Carrier Division; and
WHEREAS, Teri Baltisberger then transferred within the Department of Motor Vehicles in January of 2007 to the position of Management Analyst III in the Management Services and Programs Division; and
WHEREAS, Teri Baltisberger was promoted within the Department of Motor Vehicles, in August 2009 to the position of DMV Services Manager III; and she retires from this position today; and
WHEREAS, Teri Baltisberger is highly regarded with her vast knowledge and will be sincerely missed, both professionally and personally, by all those who had the pleasure to work with her; and
WHEREAS, the State of Nevada commends Teri Baltisberger on her outstanding tenure as a dedicated State employee and joins her family, friends, and colleagues in extending sincere appreciation for her years of service, with best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, STEVE SISOLAK, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim April 23, 2021, as a day in honor of
