WHEREAS, Andrea Seifert has served the State of Nevada with exceptional dedication and distinction for thirty years; and

WHEREAS, Andrea's service includes appointments with the Nevada Division of Water Resources, the Nevada State Health Division, and over twenty years with the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection; and

WHEREAS, throughout her career, Andrea has demonstrated outstanding professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to public service, contributing to the protection of the health of Nevadans and visitors by assuring safe and reliable drinking water; and

WHEREAS, Andrea has culminated her career as Chief of the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water, bringing her vast knowledge and experience to this leadership position, continuing to strengthen its foundation for the future; and

WHEREAS, Andrea has exemplified kindness, understanding, unwavering dedication, and has generously mentored and coached countless peers, fostering growth and excellence, in particular across the Division of Environmental Protection; and

WHEREAS, Andrea will be truly missed, both professionally and personally, by all who had the pleasure and good fortune to work alongside her; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada hereby recognizes Andrea for her outstanding service and extends its best wishes for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling retirement;
