
WHEREAS, Nancy Smith began her career with Nevada Early Intervention Services in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted throughout the years to Administrative Assistant IV Supervisor. Nancy was with the State of Nevada when Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) became part of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in Nevada on July 6, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Nancy's commitment to excellence and her positive attitude have inspired those she has supervised and made a lasting impact on her team and organization. Nancy has consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness, unwavering dedication, and remarkable hard work in all endeavors; and
WHEREAS, Nancy's attention to detail and accuracy in her work has been outstanding. Her commitment to excellence embodies the highest standards of honesty and integrity, earning the trust and respect of everyone she encounters; and
WHEREAS, Nancy has been a beacon of support and help to colleagues, friends, and the community, always ready to lend a hand and offer encouragement. Her incredible teamwork and camaraderie make every day at work enjoyable and productive; and
WHEREAS, Nancy is embarking on this new chapter and wishes for endless days of relaxation, adventure, and joy. May this exciting journey bring her happiness and fulfillment; and
WHEREAS, Nancy will be missed both professionally and as a friend, and has displayed the highest example of character, ethics, morals and unselfish commitment to excellence and services to the citizens of the State of Nevada.
