WHEREAS, Daniela Sbardella-Stubbs is retiring from the Department of Health and Human Services - Aging and Disability Services (ADSD) after 26 years of outstanding service to the State of Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Daniela is known to go above and beyond her work duties as a Service Coordinator, such as providing adequate supports and resources for persons served and their families; and

WHEREAS, Daniela has provided exceptional services to the State of Nevada as a Developmental Specialist III for Desert Regional Centers; and

WHEREAS, Daniela’s recognition and support of Nevadans receiving services has empowered them to access and coordinate the resources they need to become more independent and fully engaged members of their communities; and

WHEREAS, Daniela's commitment to the State has been recognized by those who work with her by being dependable and striving to ensure that the appropriate resources and supports are in place for individuals with intellectual disabilities; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada and the Department of Health and Human Service – ADSD express our deep appreciation and gratitude for her many years of excellence and service to the citizens of the Silver State. We extend our best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;
