WHEREAS, Patricia Melgar has faithfully served the State of Nevada for 25 years, demonstrating unwavering dedication and professionalism in her role as an Accounting Assistant III for the Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD); and

WHEREAS, Patricia's meticulous attention to detail, integrity in financial stewardship, and commitment to accuracy have ensured the smooth operation of vital accounting functions that support programs serving Nevada's aging population and individuals with disabilities; and

WHEREAS, Patricia has consistently gone above and beyond her duties, providing dependable support to her colleagues, maintaining high standards of accountability, and contributing to the overall mission of ADSD with grace and humility; and

WHEREAS, her institutional knowledge, collaborative spirit, and steady presence have made her a valued team member and a trusted resource within the division; and

WHEREAS, Patricia's contributions have had a lasting impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered to some of Nevada's most vulnerable citizens, reflecting her deep sense of purpose and public service; and

WHEREAS, as Patricia now embarks on a new chapter of her life, the Nevada Department of Human Services and ADSD, on behalf of its employees and the individuals it serves, extends its heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for her 25 years of exemplary service and dedication to the people of the Silver State;
