WHEREAS, Tammy Sever has dedicated 30 years of exemplary service to the state, beginning her journey as a compassionate social worker with Community Based Care, where she diligently worked to improve the lives of countless individuals and families; and
WHEREAS, Tammy's commitment and exceptional skills led her to Elder Protective Services, where she continued to serve with unwavering dedication, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable elders in our community; and
WHEREAS, Tammy's leadership and expertise were recognized through her promotion to Social Work Supervisor, where she provided guidance and support to her colleagues, encouraging a culture of excellence and compassion within the team; and
WHEREAS, in 2019, following the expansion from Elder Protective Services, Tammy took on the critical role of Social Services Chief II of Adult Protective Services, where she spearheaded initiatives to protect and advocate for at-risk adults, demonstrating outstanding leadership and a deep commitment to public service; and
WHEREAS, Tammy's journey did not end there as she transitioned to her current role as Succession Coordinator, where she continues to contribute to the future success and sustainability of the services she has so passionately supported throughout her career; and
WHEREAS, Tammy Sever's 30 years of dedicated service stand as a testament to her unwavering commitment, professional excellence, and heartfelt dedication to the well-being of the citizens she has served;
