WHEREAS, Greg Dykes is a dedicated and exceptional public servant who has provided 30 years of outstanding service to the State of Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Greg served 20 years within the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public and Behavioral Health, and 10 years with the Division of Child and Family Services, beginning January 3, 1996, as a Program Assistant; and

WHEREAS, he earned promotions as a Management Analyst, Agency Program Information Specialist, Information Technology (IT) Professional II, and IT Professional III; and

WHEREAS, Greg ends his career with the State of Nevada on January 1, 2024, as an IT Professional II with the Division of Child and Family Services; and

WHEREAS, Greg has provided IT support to the State's mental health programs and administration of their electronic health records; and

WHEREAS, throughout his career he has worked to support the people who serve and care for the children and families of the state; and

WHEREAS, on behalf of all Nevadans we extend to Greg Dykes our sincere thanks and gratitude for his 30 years of professional excellence and loyal service to the State of Nevada;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOE LOMBARDO, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim January 2, 2024 as a day in honor of
