WHEREAS, Candi has provided over 30 years of service to the State of Nevada, 24 of those years with the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy; and

WHEREAS, Candi has dedicated her career to the citizens of Nevada and has made indelible impact on many; and

WHEREAS, Candi has respectfully, professionally and ethically performed her duties as a dedicated and exceptional public servant; and

WHEREAS, Candi has exemplified the highest standards of commitment and support to coworkers at the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy, as well as all other agencies of the Department; and

WHEREAS, the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy and the State of Nevada joins with co-workers and management in expressing our profound and sincere appreciation for Candi's kindness, her sense of humor, her patience and willingness to help, her historical knowledge and skill, and her outstanding service to the residents of our Silver State, earning her the right to enjoy a well-deserved and happy retirement; and

WHEREAS, Candi Allen has decided to enter retirement to further devote herself to her family, her beloved dog Bella, all things sweet, traveling and life's other pleasures;

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada recognizes the exemplary service of this dedicated State employee and wishes her well in her retirement;
