Fee Schedule
The Governor’s Office does not charge a fee for fulfilling public records requests when the records are transferred electronically.
For records that are delivered in hard copy, on a DVD or CD, or flash drive, the fee charged will be equal to the actual cost of the printing, media, and/or postage, as applicable.
If the estimated cost of the records exceeds $25, the Governor’s Office may request an advance deposit of the estimated cost prior to producing the records.
