First Lady Donna Lombardo moved to Nevada when she was in second grade. A graduate of Valley High School in Las Vegas, Donna earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1987.
While at UNLV, she developed her passion for real estate, and she began to work full-time in real estate soon after graduation. Donna has spent three decades in real estate, where she now specializes in industrial sales and leasing. She currently serves as the Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas.
Donna is passionate about mental health advocacy, increasing access to education opportunities, and supporting Nevada small businesses.
More important to her than anything, Donna is a devoted wife to Governor Joe Lombardo, a dedicated mother to Lacey, Jackson, and Morgan, and a doting grandmother to her young grandson Theodore.
