WHEREAS, Lee-Ann Easton has served the State of Nevada with distinction and professional excellence for 30 years; and

WHEREAS, Lee-Ann served more than two decades managing and working in all aspects of human resources to improve employee and agency relations, enhance efficiency of processes, and successfully develop centralized human resource services; and

WHEREAS, Lee-Ann's vast experience, collaborative approach and outstanding work ethic led to her appointment as Deputy Director for the Department of Administration, where she served a critical role in the Director's Office to ensure steady improvements in agency customer service; and

WHEREAS, Lee-Ann's professional knowledge, attention to detail, strong background in project management, and extensive understanding of State operations and budgeting earned her position as Director of the State Office of Project Management, where she has worked tirelessly with agency leaders on key initiatives and strategic direction to make government operation more efficient and effective; and

WHEREAS, Lee-Ann has served on several boards, committees, and in professional human resources organizations throughout her career; and

WHEREAS, the citizens of Nevada and her fellow employees benefited greatly from her dedication, and she will be sincerely missed by all who had the pleasure and good fortune to work with her; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada commends Lee-Ann Easton on her outstanding tenure as a dedicated State employee and joins her family, friends and colleagues in extending sincere appreciation for her years of service, with best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;
