WHEREAS, Debra Williams-Edward has served the State of Nevada with distinction and professional excellence for 29 years; and

WHEREAS, she began her career on February 12, 1990, as a Clerical Trainee within the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, then was promoted to Administrative Assistant I, Program Assistant 1, and then as a Support Enforcement Assistant with the Child Support Enforcement Program; and

WHEREAS, Debra was then promoted to a Support Enforcement Specialist and she will be retiring as a Family Services Specialist III within the Division; and

WHEREAS, Debra has remained committed to helping Nevadans achieve safe, stable, and healthy lives and her dedication is to be recognized; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada commends Debra Williams-Edward for her years of service to the citizens and visitors of our great state and offers best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, STEVE SISOLAK, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim February 14, 2019, as a day in honor of
