WHEREAS, Kelley Stepro has remained a dedicated and exceptional public employee through more than 28 years of service to the State of Nevada; and

WHEREAS, her career began with the Department of Administration in January 1990 as an Administrative Assistant and she will be retiring as an Accounting Assistant IV with the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Aging and Disability Services; and

WHEREAS, Kelley’s professional knowledge, skills, and attention to detail as the Accounting Supervisor at Sierra Regional Center are greatly appreciated and have had a positive impact on agency business operations; and

WHEREAS, throughout her career she has shown to be dedicated, hardworking, and dependable, and has served as a reliable source of expertise in all matters related to billing; and

WHEREAS, Kelley has contributed directly and importantly to communities of the Silver State and all those served by Aging and Disability Services; and

WHEREAS, the State of Nevada commends Kelley Stepro on her outstanding tenure as a dedicated State employee and joins her family, friends and colleagues in extending sincere appreciation for her years of service, with best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRIAN SANDOVAL, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim  August 10, 2018 as a day in honor of
