WHEREAS, Rhonda Kiserow loyally dedicated 30 years of outstanding service to the State of Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Rhonda Kiserow began her career with the State of Nevada in March 1987 as an Administrative Aid within the Welfare Division, and she later promoted to the Department of Motor Vehicles where she served as both a Registration and Driver's License Technician; and

WHEREAS, in December 1991, she returned to the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services as a Eligibility Certification Specialist, and later served as Training and Development Specialist where she trained and mentored hundreds of employees; and

WHEREAS, in February 2010, Rhonda began serving at the Department of Public Safety, Division of Parole and Probation as a Specialist III and later as a Specialist IV and then as Parole and Probation Supervisor; and

WHEREAS, throughout her career she has shown professionalism and integrity while serving the community, and the State of Nevada commends Rhonda Kiserow on her outstanding tenure as a dedicated State employee and joins her family, friends and colleagues in extending sincere appreciation for her years of service, with best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRIAN SANDOVAL, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim  March 2, 2017 as a day in honor of
