Governor Sandoval’s Executive Order reconvening the Gaming Policy Committee spotlights Nevada’s role as the current national and international leader in developing and maintaining the best policies and practices involving the regulation of the gaming industry. The order also calls for its members to take up issues related to the status of Nevada’s interactive gaming agreement, innovative gaming devices, daily fantasy sports, skill-based games and other innovations in this evolving industry.
